This is a modern facility with high-speed internet connections in most rooms and kitchens in some. We have negotiated a rate of $70 a day (US gov't rate). It is right on the lake, which has a nice path to walk around. Weather in Baton Rouge in April is a quite pleasant 70°F average in April with many sunny days (although bring your umbrella for those not so sunny).
